I am SO excited for Anthony and Karen and their baby boy, to arrive in January!

Today I and a bunch of other photographers shot some photos for newlyweds Marisa and Andy in downtown Long Beach!

I spent a few minutes this morning shooting some updated headshots for Jerry Frazier at the studio.

More boudoir examples

I am so excited to share this with all of my blog readers! Back in October I did a shoot with Erica, for the Heart Gallery OC website. It’s taken a little while for their website to be updated, but now Erica is on the site and hopefully she’ll be adopted into a wonderful family soon!

Other than a couple meetings with clients that live out of town, we will be closed until January 2, 2007! I will, however, keep blogging when I have something to share.
Stay tuned for some exciting news coming in the new year, and some portrait specials. I’ll be listing our new boudior special on January 2, just in time for Valentine’s photos!
So I’m FINALLY catching up on some personal stuff! I really loathe scanning, so these first couple images have been sitting on my desk forever!
Lindsey, Jason, Mike and I went to Six Flags Magic Mountain a while back. Since it was a LONG time since I’ve been there, I made sure to get a few photos! The lines weren’t bad, and we went on a couple of the rides back to back. We started having fun with the roller coaster cameras and planned our expressions. This one is our “terrified” faces.

Lindsey and Jason dressed up as a cowboy and barmaid last time, so we went for the 20′s shot. Mike’s the godfather. :)

The day before Jerry Frazier shot our family portraits– here are a few of my favorites.

On Saturday Greg asked me to second shoot for him for Robert and Nora’s lovely wedding. We were so lucky that the rain held off just long enough for them to have their outdoor ceremony at the Ritz in Marina del Rey. After that, we went back to my neck of the woods for their reception at Prince Seafood restaurant in Cerritos– exactly 1 block away from my house!
Nora getting ready

Robert was smiling through the whole ceremony!

I’m so happy I caught this moment between Nora and her father just after the ceremony.

The gorgeous (and cold) girls. They were real troopers staying outside after the ceremony!

The first dance

On a side note, the videographer that Nora and Robert hired was a joy to work with, and anyone still looking for videographers should check him out along with the others that I refer!

And a few detail shots

(Note to self and other painters: Flemish Rub brush– how did I not find this one before?)
