While uploading Andrew’s photos the other day, I realized I never posted a few photos from the beginning of the month! I drove down to Del Mar to see Corteo, one of Cirque du Soleil’s shows playing at the Del Mar fairgrounds. I stopped at a rest stop somewhere in Camp Pendleton to enjoy the view for a few minutes since I was making good time driving down there. And I’ve included one from the end of the show, as well.

As promised, here are several more from Monday night’s shoot at the LA Velodrome of Andrew.

Andrew convinced me to come down to the ADT center last night to photograph him training– and I’m so glad he did. I haven’t been shooting as much as I’d like lately due to the weather and general slow season, so it was nice to get out. I assigned myself motion blur as a loose topic for the evening and got some pretty nice images. However, this is the only image I’ve had a chance to process so far and I want to get it up tonight for him to see!

I didn’t photograph as much as I wanted to– there’s a lot to be said for warm fingers! But I did find a few that I like.

Tori stopped by today to show off her new hairstyle, and for me to document it of course!

My Camera Is Bigger Than Yours

Jay Reilly, a photographer down in Oceanside, had a great studio opening this past Friday that I attended. He set up a photo booth in the back corner that was a riot!

I’ve been told by several people that my lack of blog updating has not been missed.

So, I give you this. I really want a taste of it!
